1. My Ad Revenue Exchange Policy

1. 1)Your confirmed ad revenue reward balance is updated by the 10th of each month.
2. 2)Payout requests are available for reward balances of KRW 50,000 or more.
3. 3)The payout request period is from the 10th to the 15th of each month.
4. 4)Payout requests submitted between the 10th and 15th of each month will be processed by the end of the month.
5. 5)Reward balance is valid for 5 years. Amounts that exceed this period will be forfeited after prior notice one month before expiration.
6. 6)For domestic payouts (KOREA), 3% income tax and 0.3% local tax are withheld regardless of amount. For payouts to regions outside Korea, a 22% withholding tax may apply, and additional transfer fees may be charged. Such fees may be borne by the user.
7. 7)Receiving a payout triggers a comprehensive income tax filing obligation, regardless of amount. (Comprehensive income tax filing period: every May)
8. 8)If the SOOP account holder and payout request applicant do not match, the payout request will be rejected.
9. 9)If your account is terminated, any remaining reward balance will be forfeited and payout requests will no longer be available.
10. 10)Reward balance generated from video ads viewed before and during LIVE/VOD playback is distributed as follows: 60% to the streamer and 10% to the editor (VOD only).

    - When uploading an edited video of a streamer’s content, the original streamer’s ID must be entered. Ad revenue generated from non-logged-in users on that VOD is distributed as 60% to the streamer and 10% to the editor. (Effective Date: July 16, 2021)

    - Failure to comply may result in payment suspension or disadvantages during Exchange.

11. 11)If abnormal impressions, clicks, or earnings are detected, or if the original streamer’s ID is not entered, the payout request will be denied.
12. 12)If ad revenue is obtained illegally or suspected of illegal activity, payouts may be canceled and funds recovered without prior notice. Payouts may be suspended for up to 100 days for investigation, and the suspension period may be extended depending on the circumstances. Additionally, advertising may be suspended without prior notice if illegal activity is confirmed.
13. 13)If settlement of the previous month’s confirmed reward balance is delayed, data will be collected within 2 days after the 10th, and payout requests will then become available.

    - Once earnings are confirmed, you can view your reward balance under Monthly Reward Balance & Earnings Status.

    - Even if the previous month’s reward balance is not yet finalized, already confirmed accumulated reward balances can still be requested for payout between the 10th and 15th.

2. My Ad Revenue > Reward Balance Policy

1. 1)My Ad Revenue > Monthly Reward Balance

   - By the 10th of each month, the total reward balance from the previous month is finalized and updated.

   - Confirmed monthly reward balance is available for the most recent 1 year.

   - Reward balance is valid for 5 years. Balances that exceed the payout period will expire after prior notice one month before expiration.

   - 'Banner Ads' are banner-type advertisements displayed on PC/mobile Channels, and the combined Reward Balance is updated.

   - Reward balance is calculated from ad impressions and valid clicks after deducting all associated costs.

   - Ad Balloons are valid for 1 year. Unused Ad Balloons after this period are transferred to the streamer.

   - Refund earnings are calculated as the total of previously refunded Ad Balloons and expired Ad Balloons.

2. 2)My Ad Revenue > Daily Reward Balance

   - The estimated daily earnings report is updated by 12:00 PM daily, reflecting data up to three days prior to the search date.

   - The estimated amount may differ from the final confirmed earnings confirmed at the beginning of the following month.

   - The estimated daily earnings report can be viewed for the last 3 months.

   - Data for periods (dates) where no estimated Reward Balance occurred is excluded when viewing the report.

   - 'Banner Ads' are banner-type advertisements displayed on PC/mobile Channels, and the combined Reward Balance is updated.

   - Reward balance is calculated from ad impressions and valid clicks after deducting all associated costs.

   - Ad Balloons are valid for 1 year. Unused Ad Balloons after this period are transferred to the streamer.

   - Refund earnings are calculated as the total of previously refunded Ad Balloons and expired Ad Balloons.

3. 3)My Ad Revenue > VOD Details

   - It is updated by 12:00 PM daily with data up to three days prior to the search date.

   - You can check ad calls by editor for streams you edited and uploaded.

   - The number of ad calls for streams edited and uploaded by other Streamers cannot be viewed.

   - VOD detailed data can be viewed for the past 3 months.

   - VOD detailed data is viewed as video ads played before and during VOD playback.

3. QuickView Plus VOD Ad Revenue Exchange and Accumulated Funds Data Policy

1. 1)QuickView Plus VOD ad revenue is combined with general Ad Revenue.
2. 2)QuickView Plus VOD ad revenue follows the same payout policy as general ad revenue.
3. 3)QuickView Plus VOD ad revenue is generated by converting ad skip costs incurred when users with QuickView Plus watch a streamer’s VOD, and the resulting amount is accumulated as ad revenue.
4. 4)QuickView Plus VOD ad revenue is generated by converting ad skip costs incurred when users with QuickView Plus watch a streamer’s VOD, and the resulting amount is accumulated as ad revenue.
5. 5)By the 10th of each month, the total reward balance from the previous month is finalized and updated.
6. 6)Reward balance is valid for 5 years. You will be notified via message one month before expiration, after which the balance will be automatically forfeited.
